Overall Experience: This school is unique because everyone is accepted, and the teachers truely care about you as a student and your success.

Campus Resources: Whether you need to get tutoring, or want to venture around campus to talk with individuals everyone is very friendly, and willing to help.

Academic Flexibility: There have been a few issues with administration and fees, but classes have been a breeze to attend and be successful in.

Overall Experience: I have had amazing teachers and classes these past few years, however there were only a handful of teachers that either didn't like teaching, or had attitudes.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: I would say online classes are great, although they can be slightly challenging. There is a great professor/student relationship that allows for the student to feel like the teacher truely cares.

5 College Junior

Student Body: Everyone at this campus is very open and honest. Not only this but everyone is accepted regardless of race, religion, disability, or even sexuality. It doesn't matter since everyone strives to make each other accepted.

De Anza professors are exceptional. Most are young, lively, and diverse, and love what they do. By the end of the quarter, students will know their subject, assuming they have put in the effort, and transfer to their university of choice.

The beauty of De Anza is its ability to deliver quality education at a low price. Apart from academics, however, there are a few oddities that leave one befuddled. The bureaucracy is frustrating at best, and the campus is certainly not the quintessential college campus students see in the movies. Also, it takes a quarter or two to become acclimated with the campus, its surprises, and proper coping mechanisms. In conclusion, even with all of the College's impediments, students keep coming back day after day, decade after decade, for the quality educators De Anza has to offer.
