5 College Junior

Overall Experience: Davenport is very helpful with keeping you on track with your finances and classes. They wont let you fall behind.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I am very pleased with my education so far. I still have 3 years left, and I think Davenport is the perfect school for me to be at. The students above me education wise and the professors have both been very helpful and insightful into what my future education holds.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Davenport is very one on one with their students and believe each person should have a chance at success and they will do anything in their power to make it happen.

2 College Senior

Party Scene: Strict campus that has RAs monitoring floors

Off-Campus Dining: Campus is in the middle of nowhere

3 College Sophomore

Local Area: Living in the town is okay

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Davenport University is a good school, just tuition is EXPENSIVE

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I like attending Davenport University, just the tuition is so EXPENSIVE

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The financial aid advisors are very helpful and knowledgable

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: My roommates and I usually go to Steak and Shake, which is very reasonable and close to campus.

4 College Freshman

Administration: The school policies do not affect the student's academic or social lives. As long as you follow the rules, there is nothing to worry about.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Because this is a Private school, it costs more than most schools. Because I am not the richest out there, it is difficult for me to come up with the tuition for the year. I had to take out loan requests just so the payments were affordable. I will have a lot of loans when I graduate, but I hope it will all be worth it.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: I am not the partying-type, so I am not sure how/where the parties take place.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It is not the best college dining hall I've seen, but it is the one I have to eat at. It is not necessary to be mandatory because the majority of the students (myself) live in a dorm with a full kitchen in the suite.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Although some people just can't get along, mt housing experience has been one of the best yet. I have made best friends, and maybe a few foes. The cost is a little high, but that is expected at a private university. The new online housing process is very slick and user friendly.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Distance learning is the worst, the instructors don't know how to use Blackboard and it's not very interactive. Class sizes are great, course offered are what are needed but nothing fancy, instructors vary from outstanding to pitiful.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Career services are available, but they don't go out of their way.

4 College Junior

Administration: Everyone I have had contact with at Midland campus has been extremely helpful and supportive.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Davenport is so expensive, I wish there were more scholarship options rather than relying on loans.

2 College Junior

Campus Food: Midland campus needs an option other than vending.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: There isn't a lot to do on campus, so watching sports is usually the best thing happening on campus. Davenport is all about sports, so it's great if you're a sports fan or don't mind sitting at sporting events in order to hang out with friends.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are some restaurants off campus, but they aren't very close. Campus is relatively secluded compared to most campuses.

3 College Freshman

Administration: I've never seen anyone get a parking ticket for not having a parking permit. The security workers are super friendly and helpful. Freshman have to attend class or contact the professor within 24 hours of class if they won't be there or were not there, otherwise they are dropped from the class.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: The campus I attend does have quite a few restaurants nearby

3 College Sophomore

Administration: Davenport is pretty easy going besides having an attendance policy
