Greek Life: I'm not involved with Greek life, but I'm told my almost everyone hat it's a very good thing.

Campus Housing: The dorms are just so OLD. We spent 8 million dollars on a giant chapel... Come on guys. I don't paybyou 8 million a year, but I pay enough my sleeping facilites should be more up to date.

Health & Safety: It's almsot TOO safe. We're very well taken care of and protected, but like an over protective parent, the safety limits some freedoms college age adults need to have.

Campus Food: I hope you don't want to eat on campus after 3 on Saturdays or at all on Sunday's. DBU is a small school, so I understand the limited options, but keep stuff open longer! I shouldn't have only the cafeteria to eat at on weekends.

Athletics: The baseball team is honestly the only team anybody cares about. Their team and facilities are incredible!

Campus Quality: I wish that dining options and library had longer hours, but the quality of everything on campus is great!

Off-Campus Housing: Most students live on campus or at home. There are some apartment complex' that work with DBU to get housing for students, though!

Administration: Rules are strict here, but I am grateful for them. We are an alcohol and drug free campus as well!

Campus Food: Campus dining isn't super diverse, but for a small school, it's pretty great! We have the cafeteria which has a lot of options, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Island Oasis Smoothies, Sandella's Bistro and Cocina Mercado Mexican Food.

Academics: I have the best professors and opportunities at DBU! The workload is actually fairly easy, but I still feel as though I am learning a lot!

Scholarships: Fill out the FAFSA and the DBU Supplemental application and you are as good as gold! Make sure you apply for the CLS Scholarship, it is a HUGE fund available for students and most students get anywhere from 5% to 25% of their entire college paid for through that scholarship. There is a lady who's only job is to find scholarships for students and you get an email every week with those that are available!

Off-Campus Dining: If you are willing to drive up to 20 minutes, you can pretty much have anything you want!

Within 5-10 minutes you have everything from Sonic, Mcdonalds, Whataburger, IHOP, Taco Cabana, Chick-fil-A, Cheddars, Boston Market, Chilies, Denny's, Wing Stop, and a bunch on smaller places.

Campus Housing: Dorms are awesome for freshman! RA's are well trained on how to bring close community to the halls. Girls- Crowley is the more lively, social dorm. Spence is the quieter more studious dorm. Guys, Lange is wilder than Williams.

Majors: Admission for my undergrad degrees came down to my high school GPA, SAT scores, volunteer work and essay. School has an acceptance rate of around 40% so not just anybody is granted entry, but it is not impossible! My grad school application was easy and standard.

Health & Safety: There is a DBU Police Department that monitors campus 24/7. There are also have DBU security officers who are always patrolling. There are emergency phone poles on the outskirts of campus and we have both security sirens and speakers outside as well as an emergency text alert system. It is required that you lock your apartment and town home doors. Dorms require a security tag for entry that is only available to residents of the building they live in.

I walk around alone at night and have never felt anything but safe.
