Academic Flexibility: When I can get the classes I need, they are usually at the most inoperable time. I usually have a couple hour break between classes which makes it hard to get hours in at work.

1 College Senior

Career Services: There are not any post-grad options.

Online Courses: There was required interaction among students as part of the online class work. The workload was hard, partly because the directions were not properly and completely explained. Registering for online classes were easy, because most of the online classes have a 50 to one student teacher ratio.

Student Body: There is a giant mixture of many different ethnic backgrounds at Cuyamaca College. The students come from a wide variety of economic backgrounds as well. Sometimes, the different ethnic backgrounds form cliques and are not as freely open to letting in outsiders. The staff encourages acceptance for everyone. Politics and religion are discussed freely with respect for all political views and religious beliefs. The staff continues to express an accepting and politically correct attitude towards sexual orientation. During the coarse of a semester there are seminars on diversity and acceptance.

Campus Resources: There are some newer buildings, but there are still some buildings that are in serious need of being renovated. The gym needs new flooring. The carpet in it is all cut up and stained. The oldest of the buildings is the F buildings and the walls in them are so thin that you can hear the lectures being taught in the adjacent classrooms. The bathrooms in the F buildings are always filthy. The student center is a little cramped because it is combined with the cafeteria. This creates a lack of seating.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is hard to receive scholarships, because many of them are specialized to specific majors.

Academic Experience: I currently attend a community college, but they do not have classes that are specific to one of my major. This is why I will be transferring in the fall of 2015.

Academic Experience: There is a nice array of types of Academics offered, but many of the classes offered are limited to certain times and days. This makes it hard to get into all of the classes you need to graduate.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is very affordable and the financial aid process is tedious sometimes.

Overall Experience: Since this is just a community college, the majority of us transfer to a university that will give us more options.

3 College Junior

Career Services: Since I go to a community college, we transfer to four year schools.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: Right now I am just doing general ed classes. I haven't really gone deep in my major yet.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: There is a plethora of options at my school. A lot of classes offered.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: There are a lot of resources available at Cuyamaca. From teacher help to my writing center, I have found the helpful and friendly.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: School is good so far. Other than worrying about money, I have enjoyed school.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I enjoyed my courses. My professors were very friendly and eager to explain coursework.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I love that the classes are relatively small and personal. It allows for the professors to be able to have more one on one time with the students. Although, I do wish Cuyamaca offered more courses in all subjects.

College Senior

Academic Experience: Because there are no programs that are particular to one major I cannot rate what it is like.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: The campus, professors and programs offered are great. I have not one complaint about my experience at a community college thus far.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: I have only taken one online course and it was easy to get through and the time management was extremely flexible when it came to completing work for the course. I enjoyed the experience and maybe in the near future I will take another online course.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is fairly affordable seeing as I am not eligible to receive financial aid. I have been able to complete a number of semesters for a very small amount of money compared to a four year university.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am simply interested in achieving my associates and an associates certainly does not hold the same weight as a bachelors degree but it is a start. Thus I have not used services such as the career center.

3 College Senior

Student Body: Although there are always student activities going on on campus, I never really see people out and about interacting with each other. It is a very career oriented school and many of the students work directly after classes.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: A good majority of the campus staff and faculty are more than helpful when it comes to academic flexibility. There have been many times where due to traveling I have had to work my schedule around and the professors have been extremely flexible in when and how I am able to turn in work. Overall the teaching faculty I have dealt with have been helpful.

3 College Senior

Career Services: I have not used the career services so I am not exactly sure the quality of their program
