Campus Resources: Cuyamaca College has a beautiful campus with many resources. I love our gym, library and computer lap. I also see posters around school describing activities.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: When I can get the classes I need, they are usually at the most inoperable time. I usually have a couple hour break between classes which makes it hard to get hours in at work.

1 College Senior

Career Services: There are not any post-grad options.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: There was required interaction among students as part of the online class work. The workload was hard, partly because the directions were not properly and completely explained. Registering for online classes were easy, because most of the online classes have a 50 to one student teacher ratio.

4 College Senior

Student Body: There is a giant mixture of many different ethnic backgrounds at Cuyamaca College. The students come from a wide variety of economic backgrounds as well. Sometimes, the different ethnic backgrounds form cliques and are not as freely open to letting in outsiders. The staff encourages acceptance for everyone. Politics and religion are discussed freely with respect for all political views and religious beliefs. The staff continues to express an accepting and politically correct attitude towards sexual orientation. During the coarse of a semester there are seminars on diversity and acceptance.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: There are some newer buildings, but there are still some buildings that are in serious need of being renovated. The gym needs new flooring. The carpet in it is all cut up and stained. The oldest of the buildings is the F buildings and the walls in them are so thin that you can hear the lectures being taught in the adjacent classrooms. The bathrooms in the F buildings are always filthy. The student center is a little cramped because it is combined with the cafeteria. This creates a lack of seating.
