3 College Junior

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The class schedules are great for everyone, including people with jobs, and kids with a busy schedule they hav classes at all convenient times.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Not sure about online course because I have'nt done any.

3 College Junior

Career Services: Not sure about this topic because I hav'nt experience any of it as yet.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its a great school and most of the professors there are really amazing at what they do. The best community college ever!

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I honestly wish my school was a 4-year because I don't want to change schools or leave because I love it so much. I love the diversity and I love the campus. It's by the ocean and beaches and it's just beautiful.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: transferring credits is beneficial only if you speak to a school adviser before transferring

5 College Junior

Online Courses: although traditional classroom, you have the benefit of asking questions without the wait of a reply, other than that; online classes are literally better, but dont cheat yourself. if you need to read a textbook. READ THE TEXTBOOK.

3 College Junior

Career Services: post-grad, get your associates and never enter that campus again.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: professors are understanding of any situation, make sure you always ask for help, if you dont, you're losing out on understanding a possible test topic

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: a value of a degree from this school will probably only be a good thing if you graduate with an associates and a 4.0 gpa.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: you can take all of your criminal justice classes online!

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: This school is best to build up your old gpa, get an associates and then never look at your old gpa again.

5 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: The workload for my program is a bit more challenging because it involves numerous science courses with long lecture and lab hours. The curriculum does become difficult at times as is expected with science courses and is especially difficult for someone who may not necessarily be interested in that field.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: It good place to start if you not sure about the future.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I really needed this school because my grades were low and Kingsborough gave me the second chance to strive to increase my GPA. I registered late but there were plenty of classes available that fit perfectly to my work schedule.

2 College Sophomore

Career Services: There isn't much of a career center. I feel like this school is basically an extension of high school.Although the professors and small class size are great there isn't much to use in the real world.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The class size is amazing. I love small colleges because they give such an intimate setting. There is more of a connection between a professor and the student. The professors actually know the subjects they're teaching and feel very passionate about it. Some professors just dont know how to connect their passion with the students.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: There isn't much of an alumni network and career prospects look decent. However I don't really see myself immediately starting a career after graduating.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: My major is liberal arts. My classes are really diverse and so I don't really have to choose one specific to focus on. I can take whatever class I am interested in exploring. However this school doesn't really prepare you in applying your liberal arts degree to real world.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Kingsborough CC is really unique in giving students a second chance. Most colleges would never accept a student with low grades but I dropped out of my CUNY college due to personal reasons. The New Start program helped me to get back on track with my grades. The few disadvantages were some of my classes, such as my required Freshman English class, were easy going. I understand that it is a community college but I was hoping for more of a challenge, especially in my writing. However I really liked my professor because she was really funny, kind and passionate in her lessons. Some of my classes, however, were really enjoyable to take such as my photography classes and challenging such as my biology class.

I would not choose this school however due to one main reason, it was too far away so the transportation was crazy. I lived 2 hours away so if Kingsborough was half an hour away I'd definitely choose this school again.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I decided to change majors

2 College Junior

Overall Experience: The overall experience is not bad. Classes are flexible. The professors know what they are talking about
