The staff is wonderful! Attending this school you must know how to not only be focused and attentive, but you need to know how to push the chefs to make sure you're understanding the recipes and techniques correctly. Execute them at school and home regardless of your time situation! MAKE IT HAPPEN! Not just at Lenotre but any school you need to be able to commit to making sure you learn as much as possible each and every week because progression is the most. There is nothing.like having someone to ask you to something and you're not able to because you have no clue of what they are talking about. Beyond that the school is awesome and the counseling, and administration crew are awesome.

Great professors! I have learned so much since I've been here. Chefs are very knowledgeable., very caring. I enroll in the afternoon class, and the class ratio is great. There are about 6, 7 students in my class. However, the morning class has too many students, 14, 15 students .

You have to show an interest in where you want to go. If you don't, then what's the point of attending a culinary school for the field? For an internship or job, one needs to show value of interest!
