Off-Campus Housing: No parking and not very safe.

Off-Campus Housing: I prefer living off campus! Feel more free.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a few neighborhoods of apartments, townhouses and houses 2 minutes from campus. There are also people consistently calling to add posts to the community board for renters, so there is a variety of options. The majority of them have parking as well. Several students I know have lived a variety of places and they have all reported them to be safe too. These housing options can range from cheap such as $150 a month to $500 a month with food. However, there are limited places at a convenient location to campus. With all that said they can be rented out fast so if anyone wants to live off camp they need to be intentional and responsible to get the process started fast. I have heard that the landlords are reasonable and easy to get along with in most cases. The majority of help you get finding a place would be from an upperclassmen who lives there or has lived there or from the community board. There is not an off in place on campus that helps with this particular topic.
