While it may be in a smaller town, the community is welcoming to college students and gets involved with them. The campus itself is full of amazing people that build lasting and family-like relationships with. They care about you, your faith, and you spend quality time with them quite frequently. Your faith is continually encouraged and supported by all those around you, at chapel, and at the student led evening praise!

Concordia University's Campus is very beautiful, and the buildings are fairly aesthetic to the eye. People who visit our campus are always extremely impressed with how nice it looks. While some of our dorm buildings are not up to date they have been recently renovating a lot of them, adding carpet and better air conditioning systems. Our athletics are pretty good, and a good 2/3 of the campus is involved in a organized sport. We have a lot of intramural teams that any one can participate in. Our music, art, and theater departments are also in really good shape! The Professor's are extremely personable, and wish to help you in any way that they can. Concordia is a very welcoming, and heart warming place any one who wants to attend will feel welcomed!

Although we may not have many restaurants in Seward, the ones we do have focus on quality and satisfaction from to the customers. I was surprised when my parents came to visit and to treat her we went to café on the square. Since it was her birthday she got a free dessert! As for the variety, there is not much to look at, the menus generally contain about the same kind of meals.
