I like Columbia College of Missouri for a variety of reasons. I appreciate the school's diverse range of academic programs and resources, and its convenient online options or flexible class schedules. Additionally, Columbia College of Missouri has a reputation for providing personalized attention and support to students, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Ultimately, i am attracted to Columbia College of Missouri for its commitment to student success and overall positive educational experience. There are always areas for improvement at any institution, including College of Missouri. Some potential areas that be addressed include increasing diversity and inclusion efforts, expanding academic program offerings to meet the needs of all students, improving campus facilities and resources, and enhancing career services and networking opportunities for graduates.
I came in straight from graduating with my Associates degree, and Columbia made it so easy to transfer credits, register for my classes and determine an anticipated graduation time frame. I was still getting used to school, honestly, so my emotions were all over the place. At my age then, I worried if I was too old to continue with furthering my education, so my anxiety was high. But the advisors and staff were so consistent in assisting me that I had no other choice but to move forward. The teachers were awesome and made each class interesting and knowledgeable enough for me to be able to answer questions even now on things I probably wouldn't have taken the time to even pay attention to. Whenever there was an issue, it was corrected almost immediately, no matter what it was. I an honored to be an alumni of such a prestigious and gifted institution. Columbia has given as much to my education as I have given my time to learn. I could have gone anywhere else, but Columbia it is!
I think Columbia College is a great place if you want a small school, but with a good city scene. It is close to downtown so its easy to go out, but also having to watch out for what's around you. Campus does get boring with not many activities going on, most activity you'll get on campus is a game day. Things that do need changed is the dinning hall, sometimes the food isn't the best so groceries are a must. But overall all the professors are nice, but not all classes and majors are available to be studied here.
