Overall Experience: Columbia college is a very good school

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Some of the newer classes like the hybrid need a little more organization, but I understand it is new so it may take awhile to adjust.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Many friends that I know who have gone to Columbia College were able to get a teaching job quickly.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There are lights around, but I still try to be aware of my surroundings.

1 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I don't think there is any Greek life.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I like the individual attention you get from the teachers and the advisors. They are easy to talk to and can be reached easily by email or phone. Everyone on campus is very helpful!

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: I don't attend athletics at my school, but from the pictures and media, I think they are okay.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: The academics that are available at CC is widely varied. There are many degree options and many classes to choose from. The registration process is super simple online. Two classes a session are easily manageable (so far! haha!) while running a family as well.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I am very happy with my experiences with courses and the professors in this school! I am an online student and have had no issues and only good experiences!

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I feel that a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services will give me many career opportunities!

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I've wanted to attend CC since I graduated in 2005! I had a child, then another, then another and never focused on me until now. I am so glad that I made the jump to attend Columbia College!

4 College Junior

Academics: I have only had one professor that wasn't helpful. Everyone else goes out of their way to assist you with questions and concerns. Courses are challenging but interesting, and with hard work and a lot of reading, A's are very obtainable.

4 College Freshman

Academics: This is a good place to get generals out of the way.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: All the prerequisites are available as well as the generals I will need. Most of the professors are really great!

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I really am receiving a good education here, and it is a great fit for a full time work schedule.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: I can not answer fully answer the sports questions because I am an online student. I know my school has sports, but I have no idea what the true answer is for each question

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The courses are challenging and fast paced, but I prefer online to a classroom setting. Nothing extreme is expected, just completing your work. If you do the reading and homework, there should be no reason not to pass classes. The professors are firm but fair, and really know their stuff.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I am constantly hearing of internship and career opportunities. While I have not personally taken advantage of them, the staff and alumni seem to really care about placement.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Columbia College has been helpful and supportive. The online professors for the most part take the time to actually teach, rather than just giving you readings and tests. Overall I would recommend someone to attend.

Columbia College deserves an A+ in the category of "Overall Experience." Any student that you ask, on campus or off, has nothing but compliments to give to this small school with a big heart.

The faculty and staff at the school give a whole new meaning to the term "invested," and the level of personal interest in you is sky high. Everyone at the school, from teachers to academic advisers to the administration, are there to help you reach your goals. Advisers will conform to your schedule and needs in an attempt to help you reach your goals.
