Party Scene

{{ error }}
4 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Parties are usually off campus yet nearby. It would never take longer than 10 minutes to reach a house that is throwing a party. I have had many opportunities to meet new people and experience new things at parties off campus. It is relieving getting to let loose on the weekend after a very tough week at school. I have never felt in danger or scared to be at a party.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: The parties are fun, until you start seeing the same people at the same venues, locations, etc.

3 College Student

Party Scene: I do not party that often because I am a nursing student with not much of a life. I am always studying and working.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: It is not too bad

3 College Senior

Party Scene: Depending on where, some parties can be worth going to. A lot of parties are held on campus, but can lead to a lot of trouble because there is always underage drinking. So it is best to stay clear of those parties, but if you have a good group of friends then you will usually hear about a weekend party around. It's not crucial you attend any of the parties, but if you are looking to interact with new people around campus it's one way to do so.

The nightlife in Pueblo is nonexistent. There are a few big bars that are popular on the weekends, but if you’re not 21, these bars won’t let you in after 9 p.m. If you are interested in clubs, you will have to drive to Colorado Springs, which is about 40 minutes away. The clubs in Colorado Springs are dangerous, though, as they are in a bad part of town that's not safe.

There are also some really big clubs and bars in Denver. Although Denver is about an hour and a half away from Pueblo, the trip is worth it for those who seek nightlife. The city has fairs and a chili festival and other festivals during certain parts of the year. Festivals often last all weekend and go late into the night, as well. If you are really into going out at night, you are not going to find what you are looking for in Pueblo.
