3 College Freshman

Party Scene: I'm not a partying type of student, so I don't really know. However I know that they do not take place in the dorm; they are usually located in a hotel or something. The party scene varies on the student and what department they're in. For example, most trans students love to get out because of all the work they do, but they still need to be responsible. So to answer this question, if you like to party you can, but you must remember that you still have work to be done.

Party Scene: I don't usually participate in night activities, but when I do, I go with friends who know their way around town.

There a ton of bars and clubs to choose from, some within Detroit, and some in the outskirts of Detroit. There's a hopping and hip nightlife in Ferndale and Royal Oak. You just have to experience it to truly know what it's like. There are also plenty of places 18 and up, so no one feels left out.

Whether you're looking for a place to dance or somewhere to have intellectual conversations, Detroit has your fit. Depending on where you go, you'll find budget-worthy drinks or drinks that might break the bank.
