At first the financial aid process was very smooth. All my grant money was taken in and loans were being filed. A few weeks into school the financial aid lady told us that we could get "equal to our pell grant in living expenses" and just had to fill out a simple paper. After waiting over 6 weeks, which was supposed to be 4, I asked and was informed that she had "assumed" I had a child and was independent because I had received a full pell grant and now I wouldn't be receiving 5500 but only 1000. Also, I got a letter from a loan company stating that I had been approved for the 5500 but the school wasn't letting me have it. We have asked for official documents stating where all the money is going because our numbers don't match and feel that CIDMA is keeping extra money for themselves. This is happening to about 5 people in my class and has been happening for a while now.
The tuition isn't too bad for the type of schooling they have. The teachers are great at what they do and are well educated.
If you plan to go to CIDMA, please keep every documents pertaining to money so you can have records and be very persistent with the financial aid lady.

Fast Paced – All classes are given to you, you don't choose them. You only choose what program you want to go into. They are all pretty easy but there is a lot of work and it goes very fast. The teachers are easy to follow and they will help you along the way.

"Help" With Job Not "Giving" You One – They say they place you but that is only for your externship. Other than that, you are on your own once you graduate.
