Academics: Academics are rigorous here at Clemson and I appreciate my professors.

Administration: Campus strictness does not prevent me to enjoy my experience here at Clemson.

Weather: Doe not affect my experience at all. Love the weather here.

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is great, there's a wide variety of options and plenty of places that are relatively cheap and close to campus. Many places are on the major CAT bus route or within biking or walking distance.

Weather: The weather can be unpredictable but it's very nice for the most part. lots of days are good for swimming on the lake.

Greek Life: Greek life is really prominent, there are several good frat houses and many of them throw good parties, but if you don't join a sorority or fraternity you can still make friends and find parties. There are alternative circles on campus, and they do overlap with greek life at times.

Overall Experience: The Clemson experience is what you make of it, and it's not the same for everyone, but if you find where you fit in it's great. Greek life is prominent if that's your thing, and if it's not, there are plenty of other circles to get involved in (there's a big climbing community on campus, club sports, and WSBF!) Once you figure out how to park or ride a bike, find the good restaurants, and make good friends, it's fantastic. Also, FOOTBALL duh.

Technology: Lots of computers available on campus, and the whole campus is wireless. Clemson requires students have their own laptops the first year, but you could go without. Sometimes printers break but generally they get fixed quickly and there are many available across campus.

Campus Housing: Campus housing buildings are generally small, cold, unattractive, and more expensive than they should be. However, they're very convenient and close to campus, and off campus housing is generally cheap and comfortable. Resident housing association also does some fun activities and free giveaways.

Administration: As far as resident life, it really depends on which dorm you're in. They do bust people for underage drinking and smoking in the dorms though. It's a wet campus so technically you can drink on campus if you're of age.

Academics: The professors in the psychology department are very good for the most part and the workload isn't heavy. I would recommend doing a B.S. and picking up a minor. The career center is helpful for jobs.

Academics: Workload can be heavy but the professors are generally helpful and interesting. Best to check rate my professor first, but my experiences have been mostly good. There are lots of good places to study including Cooper library, Hendrix, and the ASC.

Transportation: The CAT bus system is super convenient and free even for off campus, and Tiger Transit will take you anywhere on campus too. The only downside is that sometimes CAT bus is packed full or late, but they often send extra buses at busy times.

Off-Campus Dining: Many of the places are chains and they get old, but there are a few really good restaurants (Super Taco, Todaro's) and lots of places are open until midnight or 3 AM on Friday and Saturday, which is nice.

Party Scene: Night life in Clemson is great as long as you get in on the non-greek scene, there are more options (and more ragers). The bars are pretty good but it can get old, and frat parties definitely get old after freshman/sophomore year. Find the radio station, they know how to party.

Parking: Too crowded, impossible to find a spot as a commuter. BUT, Clemson is very bike friendly!

Scholarships: If you have Palmetto Fellows you get the Trustee Scholarship which is great, but there's not much else in the way of financial aid, and dealing with FAFSA is a pain.

Clemson offers an amazing college experience. Students return for the rest of their lives to see how the campus has changed and to support the Tigers. Although it is located in a small town, the school is big enough that there is never a dull moment, and the location only makes the student body closer to one another. As anyone who has been to Clemson knows, the students' blood here is orange, and the Clemson spirit is contagious for almost anyone who attends.
