Scholarships: Best advice would be to apply early, check and double check if paperwork is being processed correctly and on time, and finally make sure that you explore all options.

Local Area: Nothing to special about the local area because most places in area are inaccessible

Greek Life: Don't know much about the Greek life but there are prominent on campus and they are always hosting events for the campus.

Majors: The only difficulty I encountered getting into my major was maintaining the GPA required and getting the core classes out of the way.

Majors: It feels great to be in your specific program because you get to actually dive into what you find interesting.

Off-Campus Housing: Personally I think its the best option after you had time to experience on-campus life.

Administration: The campus is strict on integrity and fairness for everyone so they make sure the atmosphere is perfect for all.

Campus Housing: I prefer to live off campus because I have more personal space with my own room and bathroom. I still enjoy the campus life the same.

Party Scene: The parties are always live and everyone there just wants to have a great time; hardly ever any drama or dangerous situations

Administration: Pretty normal campus strictness. No-nonsense when it comes to illegal activity, but they don't care what you do in your free time.

Greek Life: Greeks only hang out with Greeks. Period. They are loud stereotypes unless its a private business fraternity of a specific major. They get their own 4 dorms called "the Quad" which is apart from the rest of campus and nearest to the sports fields. There are also chapter houses littered around the area surrounding campus.

Campus Housing: Good for freshman to learn the layout of campus and to have easy access to classes since many people that age have no mode of transportation. unfortunately there is little privacy, semi-shared showers, and cramped living situations.

Off-Campus Housing: Campus housing is almost exclusively for freshman. Upperclassmen MUST live off-campus and because of this rents tend to be expensive for being 40 minutes away from the nearest city.

Scholarships: Every year one must deal with the FAFSA which is a bit of a pain. For my university i also had to verify i how much of the loans i was eligibleand when to receive them. After a couple years it becomes easier to click the "Accept All" button.

Majors: I was involved in a Co-op Program with a company near Clemson. The Co-op office was very helpful with the interviewing and support before, during, and after the Co-op ended. The pay for many of the companies was very good, but because the number of Co-op semesters varies between Majors, I personally have to graduate a year later after three rotations. I worked in an office setting for a larger manufacturing and solution provider. I was responsible for documents that eventually assisted in a multimillion dollar deal!

Majors: Engineering weeds out people during the first two years, but it is still difficult onward. Some tips would be to know basic programming skills, how to convert units, and be ready to buckle down and study.

Academics: I like it a lot

Campus Quality: Many of the buildings have been recently updated, and the older buildings add to the history and charm of the school. An opportunity to take a class in one of the original academic buildings is a treat.

Overall Experience: Class sizes are generally small, only a few large-enrollment classes are offered and all large-enrollment courses have an accompanying lab session which is much smaller. Professors have required office hours and are always eager to help students or to just build relationships.

Overall Experience: The alumni network is the best there is because of the strong bond of the Clemson family; a former tiger will always help out another tiger.

Majors: The psychology program is pretty large, with many of the best professors who truly care about their field.

Clemson offers an amazing college experience. Students return for the rest of their lives to see how the campus has changed and to support the Tigers. Although it is located in a small town, the school is big enough that there is never a dull moment, and the location only makes the student body closer to one another. As anyone who has been to Clemson knows, the students' blood here is orange, and the Clemson spirit is contagious for almost anyone who attends.
