3 College Junior

Athletics: The majority of the traditional student population is made up of athletic students. There are no 'home fields' and the sports are played at off campus locations, so not many people attend.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Typical apartments. Between $600 and $900 is average for 2 to 3 bedrooms. Most places are 2 bedrooms. The apartments with 3 bedrooms have a lot of family's with small kids running around.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Same old - Applebee's, McDonalds, Qdoba.. if you go downtown (a few miles into Howell) there are some non-chain options for burgers and Thai. It is not within walking distance. Several breweries have opened in Howell this year (2015) and there is now a Jimmy John's within delivery distance.

3 College Junior

Party Scene: It's a small town. Unless you are an athlete or friends with an athletic student, there is no party scene on/near campus. Parties are in the student apartments off campus.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: With the right GPA, there are quite a few endowed scholarship available.

Campus Food: The food is provided by the on-site catering company. There are one or two choices per day, served banquet style. The food is not very good. There are a few tables, not many students hang around. They basically converted two classrooms into a cafeteria.

Off-Campus Housing: I rented off campus in downtown Howell. I now own my own home in howell and the drive is fine.

Off-Campus Dining: I'm a vegetarian... hard to go someplace and order anything further than cheese sticks or a salad.

5 College Sophomore

Administration: I love Cleary and I feel like overall they've done a great job of making students feel welcome.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The financial aid office is super helpful and have already gone above & beyond my expectations.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I've been on campus several times and it's always a great experience.

4 College Senior

Health & Safety: Police presence is great, people watch for other people and each other

4 College Senior

Academics: My major is human resource management. This was the only school that offered the program I wanted.

5 College Senior

Academics: Great online learning, great teachers and students

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: All is great off campus dining

4 College Junior

Local Area: Ann Arbor or Howell are great places to live

4 College Junior

Weather: Pure Michigan weather, what else can you say. No where in the world will you get 5 seasons in one day.

5 College Junior

Administration: All adults conform to policy

5 College Junior

Diversity: Very diverse, people from alll backgrounds

5 College Junior

Parking: On campus or online, campus parking is the best

4 College Junior

Campus Food: Dining available in the area of the school.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: Not aware of any reported drug use so no news is the best news.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: I have not yet expeienced any real trouble at our school as far as how strict they enforce the policies. They do stress the obvious academic honesty and the code of conduct for athletes playing a sport. Since i commute I'm not familiar with the housing policies and how they monitor the kids that do have housing.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: Although most kids on campus are caucasian, the new sports programs are bringing a sense of diversity to the campus and it makes the experience more enjoyable interacting with kids from different environments and backgrounds.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: At Cleary University I am studying a Bachelors degree of Business Management, all of my professors have experience in the field of study that they teach. The advisors are always on top of getting the best possible internship for what career you're interested in and what best fits your personality. The workload is always somewhat heavy, but not overly difficult. It is stressful at times because I work through the week to, not all teachers account for that as most students are a full time student only.
