Things I Wish I Knew Before Coming To School
  • I wish that I knew how convenient it would be to have a car.
  • It gets really, really cold in the winter.
  • It's a good idea to dump your boyfriend/girlfriend and start off single.
  • It's a good idea to learn how to cook before coming.
  • It's a good idea to live in the freshman dorms.
  • The Fifth-Year Free program has very specific requirements.
  • The food is much worse than what you eat on visitors days.
  • The parties can be really lame.
  • They mow the lawns right next to your window very early.
  • Things close at 2 a.m.
  • What majors and courses were offered.
  • You cannot save your meal swipes and use them all at the end of the semester. You have to use them up by the end of each week.
Interviews & Information Sessions
Call (800) GO-CLARK Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Check the online visit calendar for available dates for all visitation options at: Interview appointments are available Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, except for holidays. Group sessions for prospective students and their families are available weekdays and Saturday mornings during the academic year.
Campus Tours
Student-guided tours of the campus run Monday through Saturday and leave from the admissions house. Check the online calendar and call in advance to schedule a tour.
Overnight Visits
The admissions office does not arrange overnight visits for prospective students. You can stay at the hotels in Worcester or room with a student in the dorms, if you know one.
