I have made friends with so many students and teachers! The faculty is quite friendly and politically diverse. They are overall very friendly, especially in the Math department! There are all kinds of people of course, since Clark is a community college, but most of them are also very friendly. Student government is approachable and friendly, and it is easy to get involved in committees. The food and drink services are better than most give credit for; pure, filtered water and snacks are available in the main buildings, economical options for food are served in the bakery/deli, other options are made by a few food carts in the middle of campus, and even some free food is offered at educational events! I love this college!

I started at Clark College Fall term, 2016, thinking that I would jump through the hoops and get my schooling done. I was surprised and amazed at how helpful the staff and students are, the vast resources available to insure my success, and the well maintained facilities/campus. I'm very proud to be a part of Penguin nation!

I am a high school Running Start student and Clark is amazing! It gives me a sense of freedom and encourages creativity and individuality. I am in my second year and I have met so many people with so many different backgrounds, ages, cultures, and beliefs, but we are all able to put aside our differences so that we may alliterate a good learning environment, and build a large community. I might be in one class with a person and as I walk by them we will always range from a high five to a conversation asking each other how our quarter is going. The campus is awesome and right next to downtown, the library, and countless coffee shops. nearly all of the teachers have office hours where they want students to come and ask questions, one of my teachers even met up with a person and sat in their car with them so that she could let the student pass. The professors, students, and staff all want to see you succeed and are all genuinely interested in getting to know you. Amazing community. Amazing campus. Amazing authenticity.
