Party Scene: my peers are very social, but of course you have to do your part to make yourself at home, HBCU's are like big families.

5 College Freshman

Party Scene: The parties are incredible at Clark it really is the best party school.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: There is up to about 3 parties every day on the weekend staring on Thursdays.

4 College Freshman

Party Scene: There are always parties to go to Thursday through Saturday. I don't party much but when I do I usually go to Mansion Elan because it is of higher quality than other clubs. The party scene can have a negative impact on students if they don't prioritize and party instead of doing work.

Atlanta is filled with colleges and people who love to have fun. On campus, there is always something to do. Every weekend there is somewhere to go and a party to attend. Most parties have a specific theme, such as a Toga Party or a Halloween-themed party. There are even music genre-themed parties that focus on particular genres of music, such as reggae vs. go-go. Most freshmen choose to attend parties that provide shuttle buses that take you to the venue and back to campus. They are very convenient but can get rather crowded at times.

Most clubs are 18 and older, but there are a few that require you to be 21 or older. The 21+ clubs are located in Midtown and Buckhead. The clubs that allow you to enter at 18 usually prohibit you from drinking if you are underage (under 21). Overall, Atlanta's nightlife is one of a kind. There is always something to do and people to mingle with. However, partying can be dangerous at times, too. Remember to always have a form of identification and be aware of your surroundings. You can never be too safe.
