Drug Safety: There are rules to enforce against but few enforcers

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: The Citadel randomly drug tests cadets because we have zero toleration for drugs. Alcohol is not allowed in the barracks, and if a cadet is caught, they will be severely punished. Underage drinking is limited by the zero toleration rule to fake ID's. If a cadet is caught with a fake ID, it is considered lying, and the punishment is expulsion.
