4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The program that I am enrolled in is massage therapy. It is a unique field of study. I eventually want to go on to get my bachelors degree in public health which will be a good complement to what I am already doing in massage therapy. The workload in massage is not like the traditional book work it is constant hands on work. which is good and essential to becoming a good therapist. I am still in the pre req phase of getting my degree so I haven't gotten to the hands on portion yet. we go in depth with anatomy and physiology and alternative medicine with an emphasis on body work. We have a massage clinic on campus that we participate in so we can hone our skills. After we are done we are presented with job opportunities and we also have classes that teach us about opening a business in massage therapy.

Academic Experience: our community college offers a great range of programs that can lead to a great higher education or a great career with an associates alone. Since it is a community college all the credits transfer and can take you to the college of your dreams. You can learn.many subjects at one time if that is what you desire.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: There is nothing special that sticks out about my major in psychology. I personally put more effort into those classes because they are what I am most interested in and what matter the most. The workload doesn't feel heavy and so far all the professors I've head are really great!

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: There are all sorts of professors. Some professors are really good at teaching the material and others just know their material but don't know how to teach it.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I have not experienced a wide variety of classes that pertain to my specific major yet, so I would not be able to give a great review. However, the ones that I am taking keep me interested in the subject and motivated to learn more about it.
