3 College Sophomore

Transportation: Centre College is located in Danville, which is a small town in the middle of Kentucky. Overall, there is no need for much public transportation. If you bring a car to school or have a friend with a car, you will be fine. Many people stay on or near campus for most of the school year.

Student Author OverviewWhat's this?

View student contributors

Transportation is virtually nonexistent, because there just isn't a need for it. Centre is a small campus that's easy to walk, and downtown Danville is just a few blocks off campus. The only transportation you may ever need is going to a restaurant or Wal-Mart, or maybe for a trip up to Lexington. Luckily, you'll rarely do these activities alone, and your friends will probably have a car, as most Centre students do.
