Academic Flexibility: Depending on which classes you want to take, you may run into some problems or maybe not.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love my school and it's a great, smart way to save money.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love my school & am going to be sad to graduate from my program. Definitely a great academic stepping stone!

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I'm in a hybrid program which incorporates face-to-face interaction as well as online material & it works for me.

2 College Junior

Student Body: People here are definitely focused more on their academics as opposed to the social aspect of college.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is much cheaper than a full-fledged university but it still adds up.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I haven't tried to contact career services so I have no real judgement.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The workload could honestly be a little more intensive for my specific degree program.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: There is a wide selection of courses available but there can always be more.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I'm very happy with the experience.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I feel that I'm being prepared to advance to higher education for my BA & possibly my Masters.

College Freshman

Online Courses: I have not taken any online courses.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: I'm not really involved in the student body.

2 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: I was offered very little financial aid so I had to take out unsubsidized student loans. I have a 3.89 grade point average & feel that to get an education, I should have to go into debt. I have to work full time to support myself & pay toward my school expenses. My parents are not able to help me as they are struggling themselves. I plan on getting my BA in Economics & possibly a Masters. Any scholarships would greatly appreciated.

4 College Freshman

Career Services: Overall the school offers all the services that a college student needs.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I'm very happy with the Academic Experience.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The teachers are wonderful & take the time to help the students understand the topic.

Campus Resources: COCC has a lot to offer students in various fields. The advisors take the time to meet with each student to help them

structure their schooling to guide them in the career path they want. The school has lived up to my expectations.

College Sophomore

Career Services: I intend to transfer and haven't looked into it.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The psych department is very strong. The professors are incredible, caring, and always happy to work with you. They really know what they're teaching and live the material. The workload can be heavy, but it's always worth it.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Some professors are better than others. There are definitely professors who underestimate their students because they attend a community college, but that's the minority. Most professors are engaging and challenging and really want to help you learn.

College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I'm in the process of transferring to a four-year school. I don't know how I'd fair if I just got my AA here and left it at that.
