Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is pretty good around central. The prices are much cheaper than the dorms and a lot of the apartment complexes are very spacious. As for deals on utilities and such, it depends on which housing group you go to.

Off-Campus Housing: United is the owner for a lot of the apartments off campus but stay away from them. They trick you into great deals then pull the rug out from under you when you least expect it. Bluegrass and U meadows are a distance away from campus but are great!

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of places to live off campus and with financial aid it is very reasonable and affordable.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing (at least this year) has been an easier experience than I figured. The places are nice, and generally have an okay cost, although some charge a tad too much to make some money and I don't always think what they offer is work that cost. Parking can sometimes be difficult to find as many people live in these off campus houses, but they remain pretty safe for the most part. They are almost just as safe as the dorms. You can generally find help in this matter from other students, or advisors, as they generally knows what goes on around the city and can help you find a connection somewhere.

Off-Campus Housing: The apartments are very well kept and close to campus.
