3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: It's cheaper than to live on campus so students prefer to live off campus once they can.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: We only have one International house for each gender. If there is space left-over after all international and long-distance students are accommodated other students may apply with no extra charge.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of nice, upscale apartment complexes, many with security gates. Average rent, resonable utilities.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live on campus but I have noticed there are a lot of apartments here in Conway. There are a several apartment complexes that are very close to the school and look like very nice neighborhoods.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Pros and Cons – In order to live off campus you must be 20 years old or a sophomore. There are many apartment complexes in town that cater to college living.
