Greek Life

4 College Senior

Greek Life: I'm not a part of the frat myself, but they are always recruiting. It's a frat centered around community service, and i'd join, but you have to pay a fee to get in. Otherwise, it's pretty awesome. They always travel during spring break and work with habitat for humanity to build housing.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: APO seems like such a fun and rewarding fraternity to be a part of! The group of students involved in it thoroughly care about giving back to their community.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: We only have one fraternity on campus, and it's a community service fraternity. They do amazing things, and I do not really consider them Greek life because they are helping the community and not partying all the time.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: We are very supportive and they get very involved.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Greek life really does not affect the social atmosphere of the campus.

Greek life is not a major part of the social scene at Cedar Crest. There are not traditional sororities on campus, and the only student organizations that use Greek letters are the academic honor societies.

Cedar Crest isn't really missing out on anything; the school is a small women's college, and it doesn't really need anything else to cause drama! There are plenty of opportunities to make friends and create communities without Greek life, and students can get involved in many of the other student clubs and organizations on campus.
