Tuition & Financial Aid

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The value of education I am receiving is great. The EMS program at CVCC is one of the best in the state, and I'm thankful to be a part of the student body. The financial aid office is great, although, this past year, I wasn't eligible for federal aid (which makes paying for school very difficult)! However, the CVCC Foundation offers a wide range of scholarships that are made available to students by submitting one simple CVCC Foundation application. Not all students are eligible for every scholarship, as many are based on the program of study, but it's worth it to apply.

Tuition & Financial Aid: For my first year of college, the financial aid and scholarships that I have received helped pay for all my costs. Even though books can be pricey, I had no worries that my financial aid would cover the expenses.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Everytime I have had to speak with financial aid they are always willing to help whatever way possible. They even turned me to these great sites to search for scholarships.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think it is on a fair based scale. If you work your hardest in getting your education the college will continue to assist you financially. Even when you are not doing well and want to do better, they are very helpful.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I did not get that much for financial aid. I got $1,300 for the whole year which ends up being $650 a semester. This semester my cost was $1,085, my mom ended up paying for my books out of pocket. I would much rather pay that difference than the difference of the cost of a four year university.
