Greek Life

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: I'm not a part of Greek Life but I know people who are. It is pretty average and does not affect much on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: There are not a lot of Greek organizations because Carlow is a smaller, more personal population. For students who want to be involved, there are options, but they do not include the party life. However, Carlow is in Oakland, and close to the other party areas in Pittsburgh, so it really is not needed.

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: We have a couple of Greek life atmospheres here. We even have one that is totally dedicated to community service. Everyone gets along very well at Carlow University and the events are always opened to other students that are not even involved in Greek life.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek life on Campus is good. Fraternities and sororities are accepting of different kinds of members and are always trying to get other people to join. Greeks and non-Greeks get along with each other. Greeks also volunteer and do good things for the community.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Carlow University only has one social sorority, Delta Gamma Beta, which is a local chapter. All of the girls are extremely nice and throw great events for its members. However there are service fraternities and honor/educational fraternities to join on campus. If you are extremely set on joining a huge, national sorority, Carlow does not have that. Greek life doesn't affect too many non-greeks. The sisters of DGB usually stick to themselves or the pledges. Greek housing is not available because of Pennsylvania laws.
