Off-Campus Housing

Off-Campus Housing: It's expensive, Hayward is technically a bay area so the housing here is really expensive. Expect roughly $700-$1300 for a single apartment for one bedroom and one bath.

Off-Campus Housing: I recommend living on campus when some people choose to avoid the cost, and would rather commute, they should offer lower prices though.

Off-Campus Housing: I love renting out of campus because I have more freedom and less drama with roommates.

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is great if you can find an apartment close by for rent. A lot of the availability depends on the time an individual looks for housing. It is very safe off campus as well depending on the area.
