Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
Finding an on-campus job is simple. Most students receive Federal Work-Study, which allows them to get job priority and work to pay off their tuition. Some of the best places to work on campus are the academic departments and the school offices. Off-campus jobs are a bit more difficult to find, but Thousand Oaks' restaurants, mall, and shopping centers are always welcome to CLU students looking for a job. CLUpostings is an online resource for students to search for job opportunities and upload their resumes for employers to see. CLU's Career Services is also incredibly helpful in finding students jobs on and off campus, internships, and jobs after graduation.
