3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: I am really not the party type but UCR is near and they throw parties often along with RCC. There are also a few spots downtown and in nearby areas ( San Bernadino, Corona etc..)

4 College Sophomore

Majors: I am a Communication Major -- Fairly easy, professors are nice, fellow major students are friendly and helpful as well.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: I plan to be a News Broadcaster, hopefully one day with CNN. So most importantly getting internships and starting to get on the field is a must!

Campus Quality: Everyone here is welcoming. The fact that it is a Christian school, the Love of God is displayed in all aspects of the school. I love how CBU doesn't push Jesus down your throat, but while you are there without a doubt you will learn more about God and Christianity.

Campus Quality: Beautiful campus and well kept. I wish the campus activities catered to students of all nationalities. I do love the give-a-way and contest that are constantly going on. Love free T-shirts! Tradition such as Fortuna bowl ( Flag football championship) and international events spreading the culture of those of other countries.

Local Area: The location where CBU is located is not the greatest or most charming. But Riverside itself is a beautiful city. Learning about little small and hidden places and spots makes the adventure more worth it.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The school is on the upper end but the worst when it comes to tuition. I received a nice amount from Financial Aid and a grant along with the school. I still need more, but I still believe the Financial Aid is good.

4 College Sophomore

Technology: There are two Main Computer sources at CBU. One in the Yeager and of course the Library. I love both! There is a small on inside of the business. The school is fairly small, so that should be enough.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: I have been to the on-campus dining 3 times and I did not think it was all that great, but it was good for what it was.

4 College Freshman

Academics: I am going for a BSN and the classes needed in order to get accepted into the program are rigorous and difficult.

3 College Freshman

Administration: It is strict on the things that are very important to be strict on.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I am not sure how much i will be recieving, but they offer a good amount of scholarships if one looks.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I don't have any safe concerns while being on campus

4 College Freshman

Local Area: IT is only about an hour drive from theme parks such as Knott's berry farm and Disneyland. It is also fairly close to malls and restaurants.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: There are so many people from all over the place that attend this school. It is a private Christian college and so the majority of people are Christians.

Drug Safety: There is no alcohol or drugs permitted on the campus, even for people over 21. This rule is very strictly enforced and no one does drugs or drinks unless they are off campus.

Weather: The weather is much like it is near my house. It does get a bit hotter here during the summer though.

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: People are modest here. We have a strict dress code and so everybody looks very appropriate. The girls and guys both dress more on the conservative side.

Campus Housing: I love the housing. It is very up to date but it is a bit unfortunate how strict the schools is about visiting hours and what you can and cannot have in your room.

4 College Freshman

Campus Quality: There is always something to do on campus and there is always an event happening. Whether there is a concert, or seminar, or an informal sports game happening there is always plenty to do everyday.

4 College Freshman

Campus Quality: All of the teachers are very knowledgeable and the food is amazing. We do not have a football team, but our music program makes up for it.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I love how small it is and how it feels like a community. I also love how I am able to surround myself with people that shhare the same faith as I do.

3 College Freshman

Transportation: I have never used the public transportation but I know it exists.

3 College Freshman

Local Area: I wish there was more of a college town feel here. It is pretty boring outside of the gates.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There really aren't many options for off campus dining unless you want to drive to the mall.
