4 College Sophomore

Academics: My professors are constantly looking to help me get better grades and help me with schoolwork

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I feel pretty safe on campus, campus safety is usually close by

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: We have an excellent athletics program. From the cheer to to the soccer team.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I've never really had a problem with it. I enjoy the housing just fine

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: One phrase you'll hear a lot on campus is Ring by Spring

5 College Sophomore

Campus Food: We have the best food options and food ever, seriously

College Sophomore

Party Scene: I don't go out much for nightlife, I know there is one and I heard its pretty good but kinda far, but I personally can't rate it

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I got en excellent amount of scholarship money and they do whatever they can to help you find the finances to go to the school if you want

3 College Sophomore

Local Area: It's alright I guess, I don't go out too often but when I do it's been fun.

College Sophomore

Greek Life: There is no greek life on campus...

4 College Senior

Campus Quality: Everything about the campus is great and we have many places where we can hang out and study and have fun. =-

4 College Senior

Campus Food: The food is delicious and has many options to choose from. We have the option to get a plan or we can simply pay cash.

College Senior

Greek Life: By what I know my school does not have any Greek groups because christian schools are different than public schools.

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: Is good living out of campus since you spend on rent almost the same you would spend staying on campus with the difference that you have more freedom living off-campus. Landlords are easy to find and prices are okay. There are many options to pick around the campus. Depending on the place you pick to leave thats how safe it would be but I have never heard of any accidents where my friends have lived.

4 College Senior

Scholarships: My experience was good since everything was accepted pretty fast but the only aid I have received from the school is not much compared to the aid I received in my last University. I think CBU should offer also more aid to people with financial need without just basing it on their GPA.

4 College Senior

Local Area: There are many parks nearby and school provides many activities for us. The area is safe and shopping is available really close since we have the tyler mall and riverside plaza less than 20 min away. Local attitude toward students is really good also.

4 College Senior

Party Scene: All parties in the school take a positive impact on the students since theres no alcoholic drinks in the school and the fun comes from positive good things.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: It is a very conservative Christian school, but there are plenty of non-christians. There is a pretty good mix of people who have different beliefs than the majority, but no one is persecuted and everyone co-exists pretty well. There are a lot of international students and people form various backgrounds. Everyone is welcome.

5 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Everyone is super friendly and kind. You can talk to anyone and can really make a lot of friends easily.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: CBU is a great school for personal, social, academic, and spiritual growth. It makes us into better people. CBU is focused on bettering the world through its students and proclaiming the word of God. CBU is a place where you can say hi to just about anyone and strike up a full conversation with them. Everyone is kind, caring, and helpful. I have not met one single unfriendly person in my time at CBU.

College Sophomore

Greek Life: There is no Greek life at CBU because students are encouraged to connect and form bonds with everyone. There are clubs but no Greek life.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There is a food everywhere. We are about 5 minutes away from the mall so there is so much food around.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Undergraduate students don't really live off-campus unless they are living at home with their parents. Students are strongly encouraged to live on campus until they are at least 21.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The food at CBU is AMAZING. It changes from day to day so we are not stuck with the same things day after day. In addition they are willing and helpful in trying to accommodate different eating habits and needs. Food is one of the top five reasons people should come to CBU. It's worth it.

4 College Sophomore

Local Area: Riverside is a city but it is very college oriented with five schools in the city, there is a lot for a college student to do. It is also within an hour of the beach, Disneyland, LA, the mountains, and so many other attractions. There is so much to do and a lot of shopping and outdoor opportunities.
