Diversity: Being a part of the minority race on campus is not too bad. The vast majority of Cairn students are Caucasian. Most people are interested in other people's cultures. However, there is a lot of cultural ignorance here. It seems as if high schools are not doing a great job educating Caucasians on the differences and major points of any international culture. Every week, I would find myself teaching my culture. I came from a diverse community that already understood my culture. Anyways, Cairn is not ethnically diverse but their students and faculty have an interest in getting to know people of other ethnic backgrounds.

Diversity: Cairn has a diverse student body. Many people are accepting and willing to talk about race/ethnicity/economic/political issues. While we are all Christians, we are not all the same in every area of life.

Diversity: There is a nice variety of diversity found at Cairn found within the student body and and faculty. However, the school is not large, meaning you will only see about a dozen African Americans, and only one person from each country foreign to America. The diversity is great but can expand more. Uniformity within the school has been a hard thing to let go of. Sometimes people are ignorant to other beliefs and diversities. This tension, however, does not break apart the community but has opened the eyes of the community only wider to the diversity, not just at school, but around the world.

Diversity: The diversity is alright but students are highly likely to form a specific group of friends which usually last until the semester ends which is very bad. Not everybody is sociable which makes less people to make more friends.
