My college's main focus for its students, is to support them and guide them to a path that will eventually lead, not only to a job, but to a career. They provide many types of supports. They provide assistance in searching for internships, which are mandated before graduation, in order to prepare you for what is to come. They provide assistance in creating a portfolio of their students work, achievements, certificates, resumes, references, and letters of recomandations. The staff using mock interviews, which help prepare students for actual job interviews, then sit down with the students soon after to give them pointers and let them know what went wrong and what went right. They also provide assistance in job and interview searches for graduates, and are there to be sure that you are stable in you career before letting the students be indipendant. I am there to learn and prosper. I will use every resource available to me. With their support I have the opportunity to create a great career for myself, but an even greater life in general.

There are very divers groups of people at my college. Not only divers ethnic groups, but divers religions, backrounds, political views, sexual oriantations, ect. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you in any way, if you don't understand something, or need assistance. The school also provides student tutoring. A lot of the students also create study groups in order to help one another in their studies. Everyone is very kind to one another, and are non judgmental. We all have a different reason for being there, but in the end our goals are all the same. To attain an education and career we can be proud of.

I very much enjoy my college. They are very attentive when it comes to my needs. They have the best support systems I have ever seen, and are helping me not only obtain an education, and an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design, they are also preparing me for a career. They help build the foundation I will need to excel in what ever career field this will lead me to. They provide free tutoring, job and interview coaching, and personal attention. The staff are there for their students any time we may need their support in any matter. I feel privileged to have been given this opportunity.
