Academic Flexibility: One of the great thing about attending Bristol community college is the mass transfer program. The mass transfer is a program in which BCC have agreements with many schools throughout the state of Massachusetts. When graduate for BCC with and associates degree and a apply to an accredited Mass college or university you may gain a variety of benefits such as; no application fee, guarantee transfer of credits, and guaranteed admission, no essay, and depending on your GPA you may be eligible to receive a 33% tution reduction. UMass Dartmouth offers a 100% tution wavier for those with a 3.0 or better. Something like the mass transfer program really helps the process towards a four year school mor attainable and less stressful. I like this also encourage s students to purse a four year degree, and helps them realize their goals and aspirations are attainable.

Overall Experience: Bristol community college has great staff members who help you every step of the way. Also it is very affordable. Classes are flexible; from day classes, to evening class, the have the class and staff members to fit your needs. The are several campuses; fall River(which is the main campus), new Bedford, attelboro, and Taunton. I attended the new Bedford campus. Attending this campus was very convenient considering that I did not have a car. Located in the heart of downtown, there are plenty of places to eat from dunkin dounut, to Minerva's pizza. class sizes were very balanced. Overall I really enjoyed the 3years I spent there. I was able to get my associates degree at the fraction of the cost. Bristol community college made the path towards earning a bachelor's degree in elementary education easier both financially and academically.
