Greek Life: So..BYU doesn't have Greek life...

aka: It is difficult to get into because it is impossible.

It is the worst...because there is none? Or maybe that makes it the best? I don't really know...I've never experienced it, so it doesn't really effect me.

Athletics: The athletics at BYU are awesome. I thoroughly enjoy attending athletic events at Brigham Young University and the student section is a lot of fun. BYU Sports teams are competitive, the fans are great at games, school spirit is high, athletic facilities are top-notch, etc.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I love Brigham Young University. There are various programs to get involved in and opportunities for everyone. The honor code is awesome, and generally students are of high caliber and integrity. The professors generally care about the students and want us to succeed. Weekly devotionals are offered for students with speakers from various professions and walks of life which are educational, inspirational and motivating.

Over 70% of the students at BYU have spent a year and a half to two years volunteering and doing service, and 60% of students are bilingual. The environment is motivating and challenging academically, but also focuses on helping the student body to become the kind of people that live with high character and integrity.

Athletics: BYU has great sports teams that make you cheer

Overall Experience: At BYU everyone is there to study and do well in their classes and so it's not easy to get an A, but the education you receive is first class. The atmosphere is clean and safe, and Provo is surrounded by great places to visit.

Athletics: It really is great! I am just not much for sports myself.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The school is phenomenal and the atmosphere on campus is unparalleled. BYU is very competitive to get in, and once you are in the standards are very high. It is clear that while the tuition low, the University expects the students to use the high quality education that is being offered.

Overall Experience: I love BYU, people say it's boring and restrictive but really that's not true at all. There is so much to do in town and nearby. Find the right friends and you'll never be bored. I do love the environment, being surrounded by other with my faith makes everything a lot easier. Teachers will meet with you and help you out one on one if you go out of your way to get help.

Overall Experience: It's an amazing place. The campus is green and gorgeous with awesome views from the backdrop of the mountains. The teachers are passionate about their subjects and care about their students. I am just incredibly happy here. The only thing is that I am considering changing my major, and they don't have the major I want to change it to, which is landscape architecture. Everybody has been pretty friendly and the spirit here is so good. I would choose this school again in a heartbeat.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love being surrounded by students that have good moral values. We can all have fun without drinking or doing drugs. We actually remember what we did the night before. College is so much fun, why would you not want to remember it? Life is to short to waste on things that do you more harm than good. I am thankful that i can meet knew people that have the same standards as i do. And Im not only talking about members of the LDS church.

Overall Experience: I love BYU! It is honestly the best. I considered several other schools, and am very happy where I ended up. The admissions are selective, the courses rigorous, the people friendly, and I love it here.

Overall Experience: Brigham Young University is a school filled with spirit and happiness. As a religious institution, I have found peace in and inclusion into many of the activities and events. A major focus of the school is that the students should have Christian attributes, so everyone is loving and inviting. If I would have chosen a different school, I think I would have found it much more difficult to be in a college relatively far from home. Adjusting to college life is difficult, but being at BYU has made it so much easier.

Overall Experience: It's a really good school, but I wish I had been warned about taking so many hard classes at once. I'm drowning in work.

Overall Experience: It is an academically rigorous school and I get to be surrounded by people with my same religious beliefs and backgrounds. The people are friendly and the professors are extremely helpful as well. I also like that it is somewhat close to home so I can visit my family when I want to but I don't have to either.

Overall Experience: Brigham Young University is an excellent choice for students who want to interact with LDS members. It has great academics and plenty of service opportunities. I definitely made the right choice coming to BYU for my freshman year of college because of the people I met and the cost effectiveness. However, this school is not for students outside of Mormonism.

Overall Experience: What makes my school unique is the high percentage of international students that attend BYU, specifically because it's private, church-owned school. My peers have standards and go above and beyond, academically.
