Overall Experience: I really do like the school I attend. i like that it is relatively small. I think this makes it easier to get to know other students and makes the classes feel more personal. The teachers are probably one of the best parts of this school. They genuinely care about their students. I became sick with a terrible cold and didn't show up for class for two of three days (I had never missed a class yet) and my teacher sent me an email asking if I was okay. I've never had such caring teachers. they don't just care that we get a quality education, but that we also succeed in life and meet our goals. I like that the majority of the students on campus have high moral value as well. The tuition is inexpensive for the quality of education we receive here as well. The only down side that I can think of is that it gets very cold here in the winter and that the administration can be a pain to work with sometimes. Overall, I feel like I can't complain too much and am happy with my choice of school.

Overall Experience: It really is a privilege to be apart of this school. One of the things I love most about this school are the people. Probably the nicest people you will ever come in contact with. And you can tell that there is a different atmosphere here compared to most colleges. You will come to find out that this school not only cares about you personally, but you spiritually as well. In every class they are always trying to find ways to relate subjects back to the gospel. It's a different way of learning, but it really helps you grow. If you are also looking for an affordable school to go to this would be it. You get a great education from some of the best professors for a decent cost compared to most colleges. If you are interested in going to BYU-I then I suggest doing it. You won't regret it.

Overall Experience: I really like the free resources the school offers to students, such as free tutoring. The campus is very beautiful and well taken care of. I know there's a high moral standard you're held to, but I feel it sometimes gets more attention then the educational aspect of why you're there.

Overall Experience: I think for the quality of education received, the cost to receive that education is second to none. There seems to be a lot of group work, which I'm not a fan of; but overall I think the professors are of the highest quality.

Overall Experience: If this school had the major I wanted, I would have stayed! It has the best social and educational atmosphere I have ever experienced. The teachers were really there to help and answer questions, no intimidation and free tutoring!! The people are great, the clubs and activities are amazing, the best school I have ever been to!

Overall Experience: I didn't really want to come here at first because I wanted to go to a larger and more prestigious school, but that also would have been way more expensive. Brigham Young University Idaho is a great school that is cheap and definitely gives you a big bang for your buck. The campus is beautiful and modern and tuition, room and bored, and food is all really cheap and fits into your small college student budget.

Overall Experience: BYU-I is a small school but that only adds to it's charm. Your professors know you and take an active interest in your success. There really is a feeling of support from everyone you associate with. There are also so many opportunities to meet people and to get involved in the school. My favorite experience is meeting a group of my friends to go to devotional. It is the greatest dose of the spirit you can have durning the week besides church.

Overall Experience: So far school has been okay. I enjoy the small size and the professors are all very helpful. I am not a huge fan of the location or the people. The social atmosphere seems to be lacking compared to other colleges I've seen/heard about.

BYU-Idaho professors and other students take a lot of interest in students personally, to help them achieve their academic goals and improve their overall well-being. They care about how you do in classes, what you have to contribute to the school, and what you're doing besides school to enhance your lifelong learning. The BYU-I experience really becomes what the students make it. Students who just study to get by learn to do the bare minimum with the least amount of effort, and students who want to make the most of their education and learn and grow from being a student work longer and harder in a variety of pursuits that span beyond academics.

It may be hard to believe that there are so many opportunities to develop skills in a given area from attending a little school in Rexburg, Idaho. But just as BYU-Idaho takes huge steps in innovating learning and maximizing resources, students learn to be innovative hard-workers who know how to problem-solve and communicate effectively. Most students who realize the potential they have in being admitted to this school and who take advantage of the opportunities offered here quickly learn how to make their BYU-Idaho experience worthwhile.
