3 College Senior

Administration: The campus is not that strict unless a problem is occurring often.

3 College Senior

Party Scene: Most people that are of age go downtown. Other than that not too much nightlife.

Greek Life: We do not have Greek Life.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: It is mostly just the same local chains.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I have not had much experience with off campus housing but I have heard that options are very limited.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: You have to be very persistent when getting a hold of anyone in the financial aid or business offices otherwise getting a returning call is very difficult.

Academics: The advisors are great and are willing to help you with any questions or concerns that you have!

Weather: Weather in Iowa is always up and down. One day it will be 50 degrees and the next day it will be snowing.

3 College Senior

Local Area: The town has a lot of crime and there are some parts that are rather poor. The nicer part of town that is safe would be near the rival college across town. There is more to do over there such as the mall, other shopping areas and numerous places to eat.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: Most of the school accepts diversity but I can tell some feel outcasted

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Again Nothing bad but not special

4 College Sophomore

Technology: They use to have a IPAD program but not anymore

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Its a liberal arts school. It's not awesome

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Only been here for a short time, it wouldn't be fair for me to judge.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: Mostly doing online courses. Haven't had much experience parking at the college.

3 College Sophomore

Local Area: This small city seems to be quite alive. Friendly place to play and enjoy!

5 College Junior

Technology: As freshman you are provided with an iPad and there are quite a few computers available around campus. I have never had an issue getting a computer.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: It's the normal chain restaurants and prices are normal and nothing special. My favorites are Tonys pizza and Milwaukee wiener.

5 College Junior

Scholarships: The main thing to remember is deadlines, but there are so many financial aid options at my university that getting assistance was easy.

5 College Junior

Majors: There are no concerns about finding a job after graduation. I also plan on continuing for my CRNA degree. If I had to choose it all over again I would make the same decision.

5 College Junior

Administration: They hold you to the honor code because they say the only thing you have is your word. They want students who are serious about their career and future.

5 College Junior

Health & Safety: Campus buildings are locked at a specific time and you need your student I'd to enter. The crime rate is very low on campus. Healthcare services are extremely convenient and helpful. They are free and help avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor.

5 College Junior

Academics: The clinical hours are very beneficial and have a huge advantage because when you go for jobs, the places you have been at know your working ethic and style. The curriculum is challenging and rewarding because they are preparing you for your career.

5 College Junior

Academics: The academics are extraordinary because each professor in any area of study has a unique passion and teaching strategy. They find a way to connect with each student regardless of learning ability.

4 College Junior

Weather: Here in Iowa we have a very cold winter, however I am from this area so I am used to it. Briar Cliff has all buildings within close range of each other so you are not outside very long getting to and from the student center or dorms to class.
