4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Eastern Florida State has a great environment for students to earn their degrees.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: There are not many interesting clubs in my opinion at this school. However the student body is very diverse. There are numerous ethnic backgrounds as well as economic and religious. I have not personally witnessed any negative scenarios concerning any of these diversities.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: There are not many options for class schedules offered. I have had to take several night classes that were not desired as the parking is distant from the buildings and security inadequate. I have not needed to transfer credits so have no experience to comment on in that area.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There are not many campus activities to choose from and the student center leaves a lot to be desired. The library is probably the most modern building on the campus and is better than average although does not seem large enough to handle the number of students at the campus.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The professors are average with a few exceptions. Class sizes are adequate for each student to feel included. The courses offered have improved over the last year or so.

College Sophomore

Career Services: Our schools career center is top notch. There is an abundance of helpful literature and occasional classroom informational visits by representatives.

College Sophomore

Online Courses: I have not been required to take online classes in my time at EFSC, and am grateful as I enjoy the classroom setting. I feel like I retain much more information and knowledge while receiving direct personal instruction.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: With my major there is a large amount of observation time required. This observation time does not count towards volunteer work or actual classroom credit. It would be nice if it could be considered as more solely for the extraordinarily large amount of precious time it requires.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The educational staff are adequate, and the curriculum is challenging. This school does not offer any special programs that interest me. Hopefully for future generations there will be more/better options

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am currently dual enrolled as I am technically still considered a high school senior. That being said, I have not been required to pay for tuition. I do however pay lab fees, registration fees and parking permits. I believe the dual enrollment program is an extremely beneficial JumpStart to higher education for advanced high school students.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial aid does pay for the classes but sometimes the tuition is too much.

4 College Junior

Career Services: They really focus on what you're looking for based on the field you choose.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: They work with your schedule and value your time.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: The classes are all small, 15-30 students per class. Most of the instructors I have had were great!

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: EFSC works manly with 2 year degrees and certificate degrees. the few 4 year program that the school has are new with very few student.

3 College Senior

Student Body: Most students are highschoolers or working full time. There aren't very many students who are active.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The price is affordable and has been a good transition from high school to college.

3 College Junior

Student Body: Student body is very diverse in religion, political views, and ethnic background.

College Junior

Career Services: I have not investigated this field.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: Right now I am just studying for my AA which is the same as the majority of the school population.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: Curriculum, classes and workload are all dependent on the teacher.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: The quality of professors very between classes but generally grades are fair, class sizes are medium and class work in manageable.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Career centers are emphasized on campus.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Duel-enrollment was allowed for several semester for part-time students. But Unfortunately preliminary classes could not be taken.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Different councilors have different information. But credits generally are easily transferable.
