The staff (from financial aid officers and enrollment coaches to the teachers) have been unbelievably supportive and always available on short notice.

I've had one instructor who was just nasty and the rest have been fine. Dealing with OneStopShop is an absolute nightmare. I had to get on the phone with a Director at another Brandman University location to get them to return a phone call when my financial aid got messed up and I didn't know if I'd have enough money to start school the following week.

So far as a student at Brandman, I feel as if I am one of the only students. They make sure everything is being understood properly as well as checking on my graduation status frequently.
