Guy meets girl. Girl falls in love with guy. It's the same story on college campuses throughout the United States. Bowie State University is no different.

The population may make the campus seem like an all-girls school, but there are males on campus to give the ladies something to look at. Throughout campus, from inside the classes to the game rooms and even the athletic events, guys and girls can be seen socializing and interacting, enjoying being in one another's company.

Social Scene
There is a lot of interaction between the opposite sexes. On a beautiful spring or fall day, one can walk through campus and see guys and girls sitting outside keeping each other entertained, getting to know one another, or just making small talk. With the constant programming done by the Student Government Association and other organizations, guys and girls are mixing and socializing on a daily basis.
Hookups or Relationships?
Bowie State University is a close-knit community. The dating scene is relatively slim. If you know specifically what you are looking for in a significant other, by all means, go out and have fun searching. If you just like to randomly hook up, the dating scene is friendly to you, as well.
Dress Code
In class, dress according to how you feel that day or for that class. Wednesday is always Professional Dress Day.
At games and athletic events, come as you are, unless there is a theme for that game ("Black Out," "Pink for Breast Cancer," "School Spirit," etc.). Always stay up-to-date on the release dates for the Jordans, Foamposites, New Balances, Lebrons, etc.
Did You Know?
You can pretty much meet a guy/girl anywhere on campus-just speak up.
