3 College Junior

Overall Experience: It's going like I expected some professors teach and are helpful and some are the opposite but the resources are not as good like the advisors.

College Junior

Academic Experience: My major is not offered at my school so I have to do a transfer program and it is not going well at all. I have spoken and met with several advisors and I still do not have answers or a clear picture of what I need to do.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: The programs offered are great but the details of the programs and meeting with knowledgable people is the problem. So far most of my professors work with you and actually care and teach but some do not. It is very hard to fit the classes you need and want in with the schedules available.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I have not actually taken online class but my classes have had online modules. I am not sure if I like it or not. Some parts are nice and some parts are hassle. It's easier to do review your work and see it but with Internet problems and others issues it is a struggle.

College Junior

Career Services: At this time I can not review this service

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Most of the staff is accommodating to your needs of work and family. It just depends on the class and professor.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I do not interact with the student body much since it is a community college but there is a wide variety of styles and personalities.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I'm not very impressed with a lot of the resources especially the advisors. I'm going to Blue Ridge and my goal is to go to Virginia Tech as transfer student and attend the veterinary program there. Not only have I met with several advisors and spoken to several advisors but I am getting different answers to the same questions and it is very frustrating. I do not know what to do or what classes to focus on to accomplish this goal.

Overall Experience: Some professors are amazing and they actually teach and you learn. Where some professors just give you a syllabus and you follow that and you don't really absorb or learn much. It's really a shame that all the professors can't be similar and on the same level so us as students get more out of our education

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Everything as far as career paths and the help they provide on this level is good and helpful.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: My one online class is college composition, and nothing can make that good or easy.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I really don't know anything about this topic at my school.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: It is tricky to get a schedule that suites you to start out with, but if something comes up, the teachers generally work with you.

3 College Junior

Student Body: Everyone is different no matter where you go. Blue Ridge community college has fallen to society's pressure to accept everyone along with their possibly immoral, unethical behaviors .

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I know there are a fair variety of campus resources, but I mainly use the library and computer labs; along with advising and tutoring.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I would say that I like all of my professors, But there are a couple that are especially good. Registering for classes is a piece of cake, but you may not be able to get an ideal schedule. Workload all depends on how easy the class is for the individual students.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am doing College transfer, which means that most of my classes are just general education requirements. That kind of speaks for itself.

4 College Junior

Student Body: two different types of students

traditional high school grad, and non traditional older students.

each socialize with his group with a big diversity in the student bode inside the college

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: it depends on the teacher.

some are flexible other aren't

some syllabi are thick and tough to deal with but with time it got easy

4 College Junior

Online Courses: it saves time for busy people

need extra effort to prepare for technology and its problem

less effective than in person but could be more convenient.

professors till now are very helpful

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: the tea is really helpful

they make everything clear and easy

using the standard financial aid process.

worth the time and effort

the college worth the money

4 College Junior

Career Services: the career advisers are very helpful and always available.

we hear that our grads have a good reputation in community

the school hire some of its grads.

never dealt with alumni so idk anything about them

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: all these facilities are present. some are better than others. some need to be improved more and they are doing that gradually as with extending the library

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: the school has the peer tutoring and the cave that is used for teaching and meeting with volunteering teachers and students to help anyone who needs to improve in any topic.

they are well organized.

can schedule with a professor or peer tutor online

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: it is the best program and deal with many facilities and different sections in the college.

we were carefully chosen for this major and in lower numbers than the rest of college
