Academics: I really appreciate that I am not a number but rather someone who my professors care about. They are really vested in my success. They curriculum is open so that everyone can focus on their individual passions. The workload is definitely manageable.

Overall Experience: I really enjoy learning from each of my professors. I especially enjoy that when it comes to writing a research paper, I am given the choice of what I want to do my research on. Thus far I have had a great experience at Biola University.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I am not sure what the career prospects are. However, the fact that I will have a Master's is good in itself.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I am not on campus much so I am not aware of sexual assault programs on campus. However, I feel very safe when I am on campus. Campus safety is really good about keeping the student body informed.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I love the intimacy of my classes. We have small classes which creates an environment that makes it easy to build relationships with professors and peers.

3 College Junior

Athletics: I am a grad student and live off campus; therefore, I am not in tune with the the sports at my university.

Academics: Always competitive and entertaining! The athletes are welcoming and the facilities are opened to all students. Athletic Coaches strive in success and fun. Even outside of sports, coaches help you through insight on many topics of life. They ate life coaches too.

Overall Experience: Professors actually take time out of their schedule to talk to you, and even have a coffee break with you. Professors are so naturally cool that you feel a part of them and dedicated to them. The courses are wholesome and so far they have no surprises or flawed grading. Class sizes are average but if its a common Biblical class then expect a lecture oriented huge class.

Overall Experience: Emails and text messages from Guidance counselors are often sent to students reminding them to take part of an evaluation or plan for internships in the near future. Every major is taken serious by the Guidance staff and counselors are knowledgeable in the total spectrum of "life after college". The counselors notify students of every opportunity.

Campus Housing: Great, relaxing and unifying! People want to hang out and see others succeed! And its always gratifying to study together and share ambition. Laundry, food, and clubs are an easy process!

Greek Life: There is no Greek Life here. The party is us, and our ability to recognize a higher spirit in God!!!

Overall Experience: This school is beyond welcoming and allows you to be yourself! Along with this, success is a so near, with the help of teachers, staff, and T.A's willing to push you to be the best you can be. No need to overthink your identity within this gracious communal vibe at Biola. The bliss is natural and accepts your persona as-is. In other words do not change yourself to "fit-in". Fun is always around the corner, and the learning experience is superb.

Athletics: There are sports clubs for a various of sports and different people! The coaches are inspiring and do not care if you are an expert, amateur or intermediate skilled. Varsity sports are always competitive and highly ranked; so attending a league or playoff game is always worth-while!

5 College Freshman

Academics: The professors are great, they really care for the students and are passionate about the subject(s) they teach. While at times the workload may feel like a lot, it is not unmanageable.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I always feel safe on campus, campus safety is always out making sure that the students are safe.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The class sizes are small to medium so that the professors really get to know you, at least your name, rather than just a number or face in the room. There are a wide variety of courses that are interesting. The professors are so great, they genuinely care about the students and I absolutely love how many of them pray before or during class at some point.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: There are many opportunities available to learn how to write a resume and apply for jobs, they also send out lots of information on internships that relate to each student's specific major. These services are quite helpful.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I love living in the dorms because they provide easy access to everything on campus. Living in the dorms also allows me to build community with everyone on my floor.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: The students are moderately to heavily involved in attending sporting events. The school spirit is really seen best at Midnight Madness, it is a great night for everyone!

Biola boasts an amazing Christian fellowship that's focused on delivering the Gospel, not only to its students, but to the world surrounding it. In taking classes and attending lectures, students feel much more apt to take on the world, not only with renewed and strengthened faith, but also with a professional education.

Biola can be an adjustment. But once you get involved with on-campus jobs and school events, it becomes much easier. After spending time with the students and faculty, you'll come to realize that you'll never find a school quite like this. But it takes a little bit of work at first. Biola's teaching is amazing, and the community is unparalleled. Nowhere else on Earth can students strike up random conversations with anyone and be able to "Facebook-friend" them and ask them to coffee the very next day. If you value your education and want to surround yourself with God-fearing students serving each other and the Lord, then Biola is the place for you!
