Attending Bethune-Cookman has been a wonderful experience for me. I've grown to love every second, minute, and hour there. I've had many memorable experiences at Bethune. One in particular would be when I attended the Omega Psi Phi step show in early May. It was exhilarating to see the men step with precision and enthusiasm. I loved the animated acts and improvisations they did to entertain the masses of people. There are many things that make Bethune-Cookman University great, but for me its the togetherness that the faculty, administration and students show. Each and every individual has a genuine bond. If I was granted a do-over for college and could pick any one to attend it would still be Bethune. I love the atmosphere, teachers and education that Bethune provides. It allows its' students to get an excellent education that can aid them in the future and get careers that can service others.

School spirit is at an all time high only when we compete against FAMU and during football season. Other than that, there is not much school spirit. Student involvement around campus has began to increase. Team performance, is relatively normal. Fan support varies on the sport. Of course the football players would receive more support however, other sports like the golf and tennis players rarely receive support from the students. Athletic facilities are horrible for mediocre students but, the athletes have an excellent facilities. I think the rest of the student body deserves better facilities.

The professors are generally interested in the students and their success. The curriculum's are easy to follow. Registration process is a pain. But, in most Universities it's the same painful and annoying experience. The workload can be a bit overbearing a lot of times but, we must bear in mind, we are not in University and no longer in High School. There are not many study abroad options however, there are sometimes options to visit different states regarding the business profession. Study areas at Bethune Cookman are usually, the library, dorm lobby's or computer rooms.
