Overall Experience: Bay Path has some strengths, but a tremendous amount of weaknesses. Academically, it seems to be decent. I was involved in the OT program and it was a fair amount of challenging that I appreciated. Faculty is there for you, as class sizes are tiny and they will get to know you. Socially, this school is terrible, and inept. It seems to attract many close-minded girls, that make you question people. The school is majorly made up of liberal individuals that shove their views down your throats. Most people here are either bisexual or a lesbian. If you hold traditional values, this is not a place that will not embrace you or your values. Additionally, the school's campus life is quite dull. Because it is so small, there are only a very limited amount of clubs. The surrounding town and city is dull as well. I have explored around, and there is not all that much to see. Forest Park, however, is very beautiful. Longmeadow is right next to Springfield, a city that is known to be dangerous. There are workers at this school that are paid to mow the lawns everyday and "show" people where to park. It is crystal clear that this school charges an obnoxiously unreasonable tuition for idiotic reasons like lawn-mowing, when they should use it to invest in more resources like computers, and a bigger library for the education of their students.

This school, to me, is incredibly "fluffy." Aesthically it looks nice, but there isn't much substance to it. It's all a show.

I don't recommend this school to anyone. However, if you can be a commuter, and they have your program, it may be worth looking into. However, I wouldn't promise any largely profound insights from this school, or anything remotely life-changing. It is a small school, small-minded, and far from the college experience I wanted and wish upon others.

Overall Experience: I wish that I could say that it is the best but Bay Path has a long way to go! I am currently in the occupational therapy program and apart from having such an intense curriculum, I also am dealt with the financial burdens of paying for school without the assistance from any of my family members. Bay Path gave me $1000 in additional funds to help me with the costs, however, being that they are a private university and have a lot of financial assistance, I wish they would have given me more money. I am grateful for what I did recentlly receive and am going to look more intently into resources that can help more than my school has.

Overall Experience: Attending Bay Path University has been one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. From the beginning, when I went to visit the campus I fell in love with it because it was small, cozy, the classrooms are small, the professor can have one on one with student, and overall I just felt comfortable. At first I was indecisive because it is an all girls school, but after visiting I set my mind into getting into that school. For the last two years of going there it has pushed me to be the greatest I can be with all the opportunities it has brought me. From presenting in front of the committee to being selected to go to on an annual trip.

Overall Experience: My school has been great so far.

Administration: One of the things i like about this college is that their rules are very strict. No alcohol whatsoever, no parties, etc. However, something that can make some girls uncomfortable is the visitation rule because guests such as men can stay 3 nights a week, and that is kind of awkward.

Off-Campus Dining: there is a lot of student discounts, but there are mostly for chinese or dominos.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I did not get full coverage, so I had to pay out of my pocket. The housing and meal plan are too expensive.

Campus Food: The dining hall is always clean, and the staff is very nice! However, the menu is horrible. Too much junk food, and the vegetables are not even that good either.

Campus Housing: There are many single rooms which it is a good thing! the housing is in good condition, but only one building has air conditioner.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Safety is everyone's objective. Make sure searches are within a mile or so of campus

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: plenty of places to dine. Even better if a car is available to travel to Springfield for even more variety

4 College Freshman

Administration: Campus strictness is the same for all college campus's

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Make sure you submit all documents required by the date due. Financial aid advisors will walk you through the process

5 College Freshman

Campus Food: Excellent food choices that are healthy and nourishing

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: I mean it is not bad I did not frequently go out except to buy groceries

3 College Senior

Administration: I think it was strict it was a dry campus, so anyone violates it twice would then have to be remove from the dorms

3 College Senior

Scholarships: The financial aid that I received in the begging was great, however every year the money I would pay out of pocket increases until finally this term we could not afford it and have to take out a parent plus loan. I feel absolutely bad that my dad had to go through this for the four years I was there. Other than that the scholarships were resonable and I wished there where more competent people in the financial aid office.

Off-Campus Housing: A lot of students would say it is a better options for them financially.

3 College Senior

Party Scene: I really cannot answer this because I barely participate in any

2 College Senior

Campus Food: I really did not use my meal plan that much. The food there is something I would not eat often. What I would get there is pizza, fried or grilled chicken and a salad. Who really wants to eat that every day. Sometimes they have excellent dinner and lunch options, but it occasionally and I wished it was every day

Campus Housing: it was okay i live in the wright hall. there was a few maintenance issues, the rooms are very small, you cannot really bring a lot of things there. If you do not open the windows it the room smells weird. The bathroom was not so great either. the shared kitchen however was okay, and we have two of them. The appliances needed an update but it was not bad at all. However we got new washer and dryers which was awesome to use.

Off-Campus Housing: The area around Bay Path is such a safe environment.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: You will never get bored.

4 College Freshman

Administration: The administrators are so nice and there isn't a lot of problems on campus.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: Financial aid is such a great help. If you need anything you can go to them and they will do their very best.

At Bay Path College you get a unique college experience. It is a small, private college for girls where you can really explore your options and find your individual major and degree. The academics here are extensive, and the professors are fair and just. They enjoy teaching and challenge their students on every aspect of their learning. The professors also try their hardest to get to know their students so they can assist them to their fullest extent. The staff are fun and friendly, eager to help, and do what they can to keep the students enthusiastic about their education. The other students are nice and cordial, and the class sizes are small enough that no one really feels forgotten in a discussion because everyone gets a chance to speak their mind. The campus is well kept and absolutely beautiful, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Overall, Bay Path has a comfortable and wonderful atmosphere. Being here is good for those students who wish to devote themselves to academics. The Student Event Committee has fun events every weekend and some weekdays, so the routine of classes doesn't become too tedious. Even if there is nothing going on, students can find others with similar interests and make their own fun through clubs and teams. The only thing that a student really has to do is put themselves out there and find people they can talk to and spend time with easily. Bay Path helps with that, even, with leadership courses to encourage the students to move out of their comfort zone. Some people might be anxious and slightly nervous about leaving their comfort zone, but being in college with so much freedom at your hands will eventually lead to that point, so why not learn early? As challenging as making the transition to college can be, Bay Path offers services, people, and activities to help students make that transition an easier thing.
