5 College Junior

Overall Experience: Though there are many students who don't know exactly what path they may choose, there are also students who do know what their future will hold and know exactly what steps to take to make it happen. For any confusion the students may have, the counselors on campus cut the fat and really lay everything out straight in order to help these students to success. I'm always impressed when I see someone in such a thankless job go above and beyond for a greater good.

Academic Experience: Knowing that I'm working toward a goal that will help people is the greatest motivation I could ask for. Though it's no cakewalk, the certainty of making a difference gives me strength and determination to handle the long hours of study, late nights followed by early mornings and to buckle down and know the ins and outs of ever detail of the curriculum.

Overall Experience: When I had decided I was going to register for classes this semester, I was a little fish in a big pond. I new nothing about the process or the territory. Luckily for me, every campus employee I've come across has been nothing but extremely helpful! In just two days, I had everything I needed to start class, I was registered and I lined everything up all the way to graduation. I've never stepped up to a task with such confidence and I'm a completely different person from the scared child I was in high school. I've been nothing but blessed and thankful this whole experience.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: I'm an accounting major and I love it. The business classes are enjoyable and I absolutely love each one of them.

Academic Flexibility: it's very hard to get into core classes, it's been 3 semesters since i've been able to get into a math class. which is terrible since i need 3 more and i only plan on being here for 2 more semesters.

5 College Senior

Online Courses: my online math class was the best. you do the work whenever you want and once you have a passing grade you can do as much more work as you'd like

3 College Senior

Career Services: Most people don't really graduate and they mostly have jobs they just want to advance in.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: I've didn't mesh well with some professors but I'm sure that's any where you go.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The alumni and some local business owners are pretty involved with the business students. The Nexus club helps create relationships between the students and alumni.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: It'll get you where you need to go.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I would rate this school a five out of five. It is a good expierence for being a small community college. It is a good choice to be here right out of high school. It is easy to make friends and the school has a lot of clubs to join. I think this community college because I think it has a pretty good art and music program.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: Professors are really understanding and try to help you further your career. Professors help you if you need help and you can stay later to ask questions. For being inexpensive you can get a well rounded education.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its a local community college which is good because its inexpensive. The professors are really understanding and know the right tools to help. The students are nice and its easy to make friends. To do well in school you just need to work hard and really pay attention. Do not procrastinate or you will fall behind.

Academic Flexibility: I like Bakersfield college, but there are certain arts iPod the ca one's system that I don't like.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The mascot colors are red, black, gray, and white.

However, when I first started college, it were much easier to attend classes. I enjoy school, while looking forward to transfer soon. I really member first walking on B.C.'s campus where the construed ors were the friendliest that they could be. I would love to attend Santa Barbara Business College in the near future and feel comfortable, learn, and be acknowledged by the instructors properly.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: For the most, the system caters to your needs but often time i find myself trying to haggle almost over getting credits moved to whatever school.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Work load was sufficient to the amount of dense concepts introduced allowing me to thoroughly grasp lectures and ideas about any-one specific topic.

3 College Freshman

Online Courses: Online experience has always been below the experience of in door class room time. Workload is a lot more manageable I feel and a lot less stressful online.

4 College Freshman

Career Services: The college has a specific center just for alumni that is able to connect to one another for references, job tips, advice etc.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My experience with the professors has been great. Often times almost all of my professors will linger after class so if anyone had any questions on the lectures they can ask then. The class sizes so far has been very adequate, for a college class that is, in that roughly an average of 50-60 kids, allowing for more individual interaction.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The college has numerous resources regarding on campus jobs, internships, and even extra-help for those just entering the work industry. A degree from this college in particular would be invaluable simply because it is renown for having some of the best professors in California. Roughly about twice a year the college has a job fair in which both big and small companies come and set up booths handing out job applications and information on how to apply to that specific company.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I feel like the college I attend is one of the best in the city if not the state and I would not give a second thought to choosing another one. Best experience is also what makes this school unique in that the teachers actually care, so if i had a question they would regurgitate the whole lesson if need be, regardless if it was a lengthy one.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: It's okay at best. Some classes are only one time and day which isn't convenient for people.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I personally haven't taken any online classes but people tell me they're okay, not too hard.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: It's a good community college that's cost efficient and with nice professors
