Transportation: We are able to get to where we need to in a convenient timing.

Greek Life: We have lots of diverse cultures that make it easy for everyone to learn something new.

Off-Campus Dining: Everything has variety so you will definetly won't get bored and you will enjoy it for sure.

Athletics: Everyone always has fun and it's a great atmosphere to be part of

Local Area: The city is amazing, very friendly and safe.

Off-Campus Housing: I have looked into off campus housing but prices are pretty high for a college student to move out on their own. There is a good availability and pretty good places out there though!

Off-Campus Dining: If there was any city to choose, I think Azusa is a great place to find pretty much anything you need locally. There is organic and ethnic places within 10 miles or specialty pastries. California is just pretty expensive in general, so do expect to spend money if you are going out but overall it is pretty good quality.

Administration: I think campus safety is really there just to help students in case of an emergency and to be able to handle things if anything gets out of order or if students are in danger. They are very helpful and friendly to people. Even waving to students as they drive onto campus from the campus safety booth. :)

Local Area: I think you can pretty much find anything either locally or within the Los Angeles County. The beach is nearby and so are the mountains. You can spend a day in LA or Hollywood or you can find a good hiking trail. There's always something fun to do with friends.

Technology: I know our technological office works hard to get our campus the best service. My Information Technology professor last semester was actually the head of the office of technological support campus-wide. They are quick to fix any issues that arise, specially because they know how important it is for students nowadays.

Scholarships: Financial aid kept changing for me due to government policies and what not, but I did get enough aid to be able to stay within the school and have my parents pay the rest of my tuition. For the most part the financial aid office was pretty helpful when they could be.

Athletics: I know students are very into sports. Even those who do not do it on a varsity level usually participate in intramural sports.

5 College Sophomore

Weather: I absolutely love California weather. I have been here all my life but I love being able to wear just a cardigan and jeans on a "winter" morning. Most of the time it is sunny and perfect to study outside!

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Food is there when mostly necessary. If not on campus, then there are a variety of options off campus. I like APU food for the most part. I know by the taste that it is quality and I also enjoy that the coffee shop adds a great variety to choose from. One of my favorites is a blended naked juice. Even on cold days, it is so refreshing and delicious!

Drug Safety: I honestly do not participate in that. It is a Christian campus, and I strongly hold to my value of not drinking. However, I do know there are people who participate in drinking and possibly drugs. Personally, I do not know of any people but sometimes overhear things in conversations. That being said, I hope the social drug scene is bad because that would mean that a lot of people are not into it.

Campus Quality: I spend a lot of time in the library because it is a great place to find peace and quiet and get on with your work. The staff members are very helpful. There have been few times that computers don't work or printers are out but for the most part it is good.

Campus Quality: Campus life is always buzzing with life. There is not one day that something is not going on. On a normal day, you will see people going to class, talking with friends or professors at the coffe shop, people having lunch, or studying on the grass. It is such a good environment to be in that even being on vacation makes me miss it.

Overall Experience: I am very happy to be at Azusa Pacific, and to have been able to meet great people who have become great friends. Professors are very humble and always there for you. I have had a great experience so far and I would choose Azusa Pacific all over again if I had to.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: As a commuter, parking is a struggle at certain times of the day. Because I choose 8am classes, I do not always see the rush of everyone trying to find parking. However, it has been raised as an issue in the school before.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: For the most part there is a lot of people who come from the same circumstances. Since APU is a private school, there are many people who are able to afford such an education. However, there is a great variety of personalities and people who come with different experiences that it makes the school a good place to learn and to be challenged.

Health & Safety: Azusa Pacific is not in an extremely safe area in the city. However, the Campus Safety office has adjusted their services to provide students a safe campus 24/7. I constantly see security around the campus, and on off-campus University buildings. They are very available and responsive to students when needed. The health center also makes a great effort to meet a student's need, specially to those who are not from California and do not always have a doctor close by. Both the campus safety and health services are highly rated from my interactions with them.

Academics: The workload for the business school in Azusa Pacific would be rated a 4 out of 5. Professors definitely expect the best from students but also do their part in teaching. In my experience, professors have always been available outside of class and make enough time to meet with students. Department staff members are very helpful when it comes to registration issues or any other matter. I have had a great experience at Azusa Pacific and look forward to my final year.

Academics: The curriculum at my school is very well thought out by departments and professors. The subjects and topics touched in class are applicable in real life. My business classes have helped me maneuver through the workforce and other professional matters such as banking, finances, mortgages, and such matters. My Biblical classes have also given me a great foundation and jump start into thinking deeper about philosophy and theology.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: ive never been but my roomates have its kind of difficult o get an appointment depending on time of year

3 College Freshman

Campus Quality: they make you go to chapel three times a week but you have 10 absences per semester
