Overall Experience: The upper division courses are great because the class rooms aren't as big and the professors really care about what they are teaching and are willing to help students who struggle.

Campus Housing: I lived in Adams Dorm. I liked it because it was all girls and it had the most character out of all the dorms. It provided laundry on each floor along with a microwave. I also lived in University Village. The apartments are nice, but kind of small, but overall extremely nice.

Athletics: The athletics seem to be great and I think we have good coaches, but we don't have the best players for some of our sports. The school spirit is great but can be cynical sometimes. Last year's football revolved around one player and then that player graduated, so they doubt that we will do well in the next years.

Overall Experience: I like the school a lot. The academics and professors are really great. I wouldn't choose the school for it's community or Christian. I am a Christian, and I have found a good group of Christians to hang out with, but the community can seem fake and forced sometimes and it just feels weird.

Health & Safety: There are a lot of people on staff for campus safety and they are efficient at being available as well as present in general.

Overall Experience: Classroom life is great! The student-teacher ratio is really nice; I feel like I can be seen in the classroom. For the most part, teachers are very responsive and have flexible office hours should students find they need extra assistance. I am most impressed with the professors that I have had. They clearly know their field well and do a great job being enthusiastic about the class topic.

Overall Experience: I have not seen too much available for student career help. That being said, I have not been to the career center but I have heard pretty good things about it.

Campus Housing: The mods are fairly priced. There are quite a few issues as far as creatures that find their way into the mods (ants, spiders, mice, cockroaches) but for those who are extremely conscious of tightly sealed food containers it's fairly managable. They are small living spaces but not unreasonably so.

Athletics: There is a huge amount of fan support for sports, especially football and basketball. I think that the school does a nice job at promoting school spirit. The rallies are very entertaining and it is an event at school that almost everyone attends.

Overall Experience: I transferred into this school after some unfortunate circumstances at my previous college. Azusa Pacific University is very well put together and their staff is excellent at helping students reach their goals. They are readily available and eager to assist.

Academics: I have loved every professor I have had. They are all knowledgeable in their fields and they care for their students. The curriculum is interesting and engaging. Being in two credit heavy/work load heavy majors, I have had to learn how to manage my time well. But the work feels worthwhile, and I enjoy it.

Health & Safety: I feel very safe on campus. However, it is an open campus, and there should more more security, especially in the pathway between East and West campuses.

Greek Life: We do not have social fraternities on campus. We have academic fraternities, for example, Phi Delta Epsilon for students looking to be in the medical field. Each of these organizations seem to be tight-knit, and I have seen many of them putting on events and fundraisers for charity, which is wonderful.

Overall Experience: Azusa Pacific is a very unique school. I am very fortunate to live in a community where we are focused on Christ, but also open and aware of social injustices. This school trains us to love like Christ in a broken world that we have to power to emphasize with. That practice comes across clearly in both of my majors. Theater has always been my first love, but I also wanted to be academically challenged. APU offered me both of those elements, which is uncommon. I love the BFA Acting program I am a part of. I am learning how to work as a professional actor in the real world who loves Christ. I am also part of the Honors College, which allows me to read and discuss great works written by Machiavelli, Xenophon, Aristotle, Erasmus, and more. I am able to study the human condition through that, and live it out through theater. APU is a wonderful, safe environment, and I would choose it a million times over if I could.

Academics: Registration process is very organized and simple.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: The safety on campus is excellent. Very safe place.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: The courses are quite easy to get into but it takes hard work and sacrifice to do well in the classes. The professors ways of teaching are different which may appear as difficult to some. Though patience and dedication will help one pass the class with a fair grade.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I believe this school may be able to open my up to many job opportunities. The value of a degree from this school helps give students a reputation that not only are they hard working, they are strong in the Christian beliefs, they are dedicated to serving others, and they are ready to face the working world. Me coming in as a transfer I was very confused on things and had to adapt to the environment fast. The quality of getting information about jobs or career opportunities after graduation is excellent. The advisors are very open especially in science field because there's so many opportunities to go into.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: I live in University Village and the structure is beautiful and worth it.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: APU unfortunately doesn't have a Greek life. Hearing my friends that attend different colleges talk about their Greek life gives me an idea of how it is.

3 College Junior

Athletics: The sports are a good entertainment for students to attend and support their school. Though the sports teams are not up there like USC and UCLA I'm happy that we actually have athletes to represent our school.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: APU is a school that is very helpful in finding your self and what you truly want to become. It is very expensive which may be a disadvantage but I believe it will all be worth it after one graduates.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: There probably is more diversity than known.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There are officers walking around everywhere.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I love my hall residents.
