Aveda is the worst school ever!!!!! The teachers are un professional.they favor students when they aren't supposed to its in their contract!!! They treat you like your 5 , they belittle you and treat you unfairly. They don't have a break room for students so your forced to eat out side like an animal in the cold and rain.if your ride isn't there they lock you out of the school by 7:00pm in the dark, cold, rain,or hail and I know for fact that is a huge safety issue for some parents!! They don't treat you fairly at all and judge you off what other teachers tell them instead of getting to know you.they yell at you in front of guest and belittle you in front of them not even considering you feelings making the guest feel uncomfortable for you the way they treat you at aveda is sick and wrong and they have to be stopped!!!!!! Please don't waste your 20,000$ on this school they don't even provide you with all the right tools you have to buy your own tools

Being a student that just graduated from the school I thought I should share my experience that I have had at the school. There are many things wrong with the school. The owner Holly could careless abiut what is going on with the school than coming in and fixing her friens hair for free Shannon the keeper of hours would rather sit in her office ans play on face book then help the students. There are a selecft few of educators who are completely amazing but of course get screwed over by the people jn charger but the other edicators who completely useless get away with everything they want. I had worked but my butt off to graduate before their "BIG MOVE" but still have not received my hours to take my test. And my last thing the front desk staff completely suck except for three of them. The others are just money hungry thre two managers will take guest 45 minutes late but make them as new appointments even if you haven't got a lunch all. Very few people at that school care.
