5 College Sophomore

Diversity: Augie is such an ethnically diverse place. The only thing that isn't very diverse is religion. Since it is a private Christian college faith is what draws a lot of people to Augie. However, even though there are a lot of Christians, specifically Lutheran, it still amazes me how diverse people's beliefs are and how open and considerate they are when sharing them.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: There is a lot of diversity at augie which is awesome ! It's cool to see where everyone is from.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: there are lots of international students on campus making the school diverse

4 College Senior

Diversity: Augie has many groups on campus. I personally am a member of the College Republicans. We try to be as intermixing as possible. We hosted events with the GSA and also held bake sale competitions with the College Democrats. It's important that people see how connected Augustana is.

4 College Junior

Diversity: There are numerous students from all around the world. We even have clubs such as "The Spanish Club," or the "International Club." These are all student run. In addition, every Friday we have a student present information about their culture and heritage to the rest of the student body.
